Tree

Have you ever hugged a tree? Hug a tree, and one day you will come to know that it is not only that you have hugged the tree but that the tree also responds, the tree also hugs you.

A couple of months ago I discovered this beautiful tree is an Ash ?? Ash trees are also known as the ‘World Tree’ and the ‘Tree of Life’ ? loved finding out these details after having hugged this tree everyday since September last year ? it’s an ongoing relationship ?? #treelove . Today I was feeling a little flat, a little sad.. and so I went into the forest to hug a tree and be with nature ? After a long time hugging, contemplating, talking with the spirits; I moved through lots of emotions becoming very still and centred ~ ahh forest blessings ~ I was feeling much better than when I had entered the forest, yet – still I was waiting on something… I looked around… but didn’t see anything.. hugging the tree closer I asked to be filled with wonder…. and… then the tree began knocking! ? . To my surprise you can actually hear it in the video!! ? and so I’m just going to share these silly woodland moments as I became re-enchanted by the Glade ?✨??‍♀️??‍♂️ hehe yaaayyy thank you Woodpecker, you have made my day ??? lol?

"Have you ever hugged a tree? Hug a tree, and one day you will come to know that it is not only that you have hugged the tree but that the tree also responds, the tree also hugs you. Then for the first time you will be able to know that the tree is not just the form, it is not just a certain species the botanists talk about, it is an unknown God–so green in your courtyard, so full of flowers in your courtyard, so close to you, beckoning you, calling you again and again." ~ Osho ??? . Awwww this came through Genie today ?‍♀️? Osho, wow ?? ever is it awakening and refreshing to connect with his presence. Gratitude also to Ma Deva Padma for creating this wonderful deck ??? . It's from the Osho Zen Tarot, after searching I found the whole written piece with artwork, it’s titled Experiencing (traditionally known in tarot as Three of Wands) ? . Here’s the commentary written with Osho's quote?? . "An “experience” is not something that can be filed away in a notebook, or captured on film and pasted into an album. ‘Experiencing’ is the feeling of wonder itself, the thrill of communion, the gentle touch of our connectedness with all that surrounds us. . The woman in this card is not just touching this tree, she is in communion with it, she has almost become one with it. It is an old tree, and has seen many hard times. Her touch is gentle, reverent, and the white on the inside of her cape reflects the purity of her heart. She is humble, simple–and that is the right way to approach nature. . Nature doesn’t bang any drums when it bursts forth into flower, nor play any dirges when the trees let go of their leaves in the fall. . But when we approach her in the right spirit, she has many secrets to share. If you haven’t heard nature whispering to you lately, now is a good time to give her the opportunity." . Beautiful, loving this very much ??? ? and yaayyy hug a tree today friends hehe ???? ??????
